FFF4 | Don't Follow the WindChim↑Pom, Kenji Kubota, Eva & Franco Mattes and Jason Waite

Ongoing inside the radioactive Fukushima exclusion zone, the inaccessible and unseen exhibition opens a "Non-Visitor Center" in Athens. New works dealing with forced displacement inhabit an abandoned building tackling the Greek reality.

In conjunction with "Piraeus/Heterotopia", this video work invites the audience for travel, where they can feel all the different time – time of otherness, the audience’s own time and the real time which is passing in reality – crossing together.

Performance Guidelines 
The audience will walk and move outdoors.
We recommend comfortable clothes, hats, and shoes, since the audience’s walk will last approximately three hours. 
To use the application, a smartphone is needed – with a 3G or 4G Internet connection – as well as headphones. For those who do not have one, there will be a limited number of phones at the starting point at Omonia Square.
This event is not appropriate for people with mobility difficulties.

FFF4 | Piraeus / HeterotopiaAkira Takayama

The first European version of the muchdiscussed Heterotopia project which started in Tokyo in 2013 ("Tokyo Heterotopia"). The acclaimed Japanese creator leads us on a peripatetic spectacle experience. Equipped with smartphones, specially designed apps and maps, we embark on the re-discovery of Piraeus and its long migration and refugee history.

FFF4 | Invisible CityGregor Schneider

Who other than the controversial German artist and sculptor, Gregor Schneider, a pre-eminent exponent of the new conceptual art and winner of the Golden Lion at the Venice Biennale in 2001, could make Omonoia Square disappear? Shifting its centre, the very navel of Athens, art and metaphysics meet.

The performance takes place in a non-theatrical venue which is not accessible to people with mobility impairments.
The performance is not suitable for people with epilepsy.

A "haunted house" is set in motion in the heart of Athens, and Dries Verhoeven exhorts us to enter the "Phobiarama" ride and banish the culture of fear that is eating away at us.

Five years on from "You May!", the recognised, London-based Greek choreographer returns to the OCC with a site-specific performance-installation that starts out with a van heading into the unknown with us aboard.
