The City of Athens Cultural, Sports and Youth Organization presents the City of Athens Symphony Orchestra and Choir, in collaboration with the Choirs of the University of Athens (Faculty of Music Studies) and the National Conservatory, performing the great nineteenth-century oratorio "Elijah" by Felix Mendelssohn.
This work presents the life of the biblical prophet Elijah through an impressively dramatic musical score. The work will be performed in the revised version of 1847 in English with Greek surtitles.

The entrance tickets will be distributed from Monday 13 October until the day of the concert (except the weekend) only at the main offices of the City of Athens Cultural, Sports and Youth Organization (Cultural Centre, 50 Akadimias str.) from 10:00 until 14:00. Due to the limited number of entry tickets, the audience is kindly advised to obtain their tickets in time.
