Get a 30% discount on the best seats in the Main Stage stalls with the new Early Bird Special. The new ticket will be available for ten major productions at the OCC this season and will go on sale two months before first night.

from the box office at the Onassis Cultural Centre on presentation of your credit card, your ID card and your booking number.
It is not possible to return or exchange tickets.
Should a performance be cancelled in full or in part, reimbursement details will be posted on the Onassis Cultural Centre website.
Ticket sales end 10 minutes before the scheduled start time on the day of the performance
(except from the box office at the Onassis Cultural Centre).

20% discount is applied to the EUROPEAN YOUTH CARD owners on all OCC productions tickets. This discount does not apply on third party productions tickets.
Tickets at special prices for the unemployed can be purchased at the OCC Box Office upon presentation of the unemployment identification card. It is necessary to show the relevant identification card (for instance, student id) during ticket purchases as well as before entering the auditorium.
OCC Friends are eligible to special reduced prices.
Small groups (5 to 9) and large ones (10 and more) are eligible for special discounted tickets.

Seats are set aside for people with disabilities in the stalls as well as in the dress and upper circles.

Entry to events of Talks & Thoughts cycles
Entry to events of Talks & Thoughts cycles is free, on a first come first served basis. Distribution of tickets begins one (1) hour before each event.
You are reminded that:
is possible after the beginning of a performance or event, unless there is an intermission. Taking pictures with or without flash, voice or video recording as well as the use of mobile phones are strictly forbidden during performances and events.

Eating & drinking are only allowed at the Bar and Restaurant at OCC.
Children younger than six (6) years old
are only allowed to children shows and events.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
The ONASSIS CULTURAL CENTRE has created on online service allowing tickets to be purchased quickly and efficiently. Please confirm that you agree to the following terms, as any further use or navigation of the Onassis Cultural Centre website (”Site”) implies explicit and unreserved acceptance of these terms. The ONASSIS CULTURAL CENTRE reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions; the terms published at any time on the Site are the terms in force at that time.

MEANS OF PAYMENT
Only credit card purchases can be accepted for on-line ticket sales. All Visa® and MasterCard, ® Diners Club® and American Express® credit cards are accepted on the Site. User transactions on the Site are protected by sophisticated online security systems (a digital certificate encrypted with SSL 128-bit technology, use of the credit card’s 3-digit CVV security code, additional e-commerce security systems such as Verified By Visa™ from Visa® and SecureCode™ from MasterCard®) which guarantee a secure online transaction environment. The credit card is charged at the point of booking on completion of the online transaction.
For reasons of security, the ONASSIS CULTURAL CENTRE does not save credit card information for future use. Consequently, users must re-enter their information every time they use the Site to purchase tickets. Having entered the required credit card details, the user declares that they have the legal right to use the credit card in question. The ONASSIS CULTURAL CENTRE bears no responsibility whatsoever in cases of non-legal credit card use. The provision of credit card details constitutes a declaration that the user accepts to be bound for a sum of money corresponding to the ticket price. The service provided by the Site relates to credit card purchases and not to simple bookings.
Should the credit card transaction be rejected by the issuing bank or credit card network for any reason (for instance due to the credit limit being exceeded or to suspected fraud), then the ticket order will be cancelled automatically.
Should the online ticket process be interrupted for any reason, or should any other problem prevent the credit card being charged, the ticket booking will be cancelled. If a message confirming the ticket booking fails to appear on a confirmation screen after your details have been sent to complete the payment process, if an error message is displayed, or if the service is interrupted while your details are in the process of being sent, please contact the ONASSIS CULTURAL CENTRE. The ONASSIS CULTURAL CENTRE bears no responsibility for monetary or other losses incurred by the user should he not receive a booking confirmation for any reason.
If the amount you paid for a ticket is obviously wrong, irrespective of why this occurred (wrongly entered information or wrong information or a mistake in the www.sgt.gr software), the ONASSIS CULTURAL CENTRE reserves the right to cancel your ticket and refund the value of the ticket.
PICKING UP TICKETS
Your tickets must be picked up from the ONASSIS CULTURAL CENTRE. When picking up tickets, ensure that you can produce both your ID card / passport and the credit card you used to purchase the tickets on request.
REFUNDS - EXCHANGES
Tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged once the exchange is completed. Moreover, tickets that have been lost, stolen or destroyed cannot be replaced.
EXCHANGE SECURITY - LIMITED LIABILITY
The ONASSIS CULTURAL CENTRE has done everything in its power to ensure that use of the Site and the services therein are as secure as possible. Specifically, the ONASSIS CULTURAL CENTRE has taken every recommended measure to protect the Site from viruses and illegal / unauthorized use--for instance, unauthorized ticket sales or links. However, in no way does it guarantee the uninterrupted and problem-free operation of the Site. The ONASSIS CULTURAL CENTRE does everything in its power to ensure that the information and overall contents of the Site are both complete and correct, but does not guarantee that this is the case. The user acknowledges that the programme of events published on the Site can change for reasons beyond the control of the ONASSIS CULTURAL CENTRE--when, for example, an artist is sick or unable to perform. The ONASSIS CULTURAL CENTRE is not liable in any way for any losses incurred by the user during their visit to the Site, during their use of the services provided on the Site, and/or as a result of his/her temporary inability to use those services.
All processing of personal data performed on behalf of the Onassis Cultural Centre is performed exclusively for the purposes of the services provided to users on the Site.
Our processing of personal data is fully compliant with the legislation currently in force. Recipients of Personal Data may include the credit and financial institutions via which the user deposits the price of the tickets purchased.
