The European ARTificial Intelligence Lab brings together AI related scientific and technological topics to general citizens and art audiences, in order to contribute to a critical and reflective society.
The project focuses on aspects beyond the technological and economic horizon to scrutinize cultural, psychological, philosophical and spiritual aspects. From the perspective of cultural operators in Europe dedicated to art, technology and society, the European ARTificial Intelligence Lab centers visions, expectations and fears that we associate with the conception of a future, all-encompassing artificial intelligence.
By offering an extensive cultural and educational activity programme in the form of exhibitions, labs, performances, workshops, conferences, talks, mentoring and residencies, the 13 cultural partners representing various European cultural positions, will significantly contribute to these encounters.
The network includes the following partners: Ars Electronica, AT - Center for the promotion of science, RS – Zaragoza City of Knowledge Foundation, ES – Kapelica Gallery / Kersnikova, SI – Laboral, ES – Science Gallery, IE - The Culture Yard, DK – Onassis Stegi, GR – Le lieu unique, FR – Waag Society, NL – SOU Festival, GE – Hexagon Scène National Arts Sciences, FR – GLUON, BE.
