Conversations on Greek song
12 February 2013
Discussion and workshop with the composers and performers.
Entrance free on a first come, first served basis
This event forms part of the cycle of open discussions on Greek song, which remains at the epicenter of Greek musicians’ lives. Song is one of the art-forms in which the relationship between artist, work and audience is put to the test on a daily basis. This relationship makes song one of the most vibrant forms of art, and an undisputed conveyer of historic and contemporary culture.
Dimos Avdeliodis, director
The discussions will be coordinated by Dimitris Papadimitriou, Kostas Fasoulas and Rallou Vogiatzi.
The discussion will be followed by examples on teaching text uttering and a discussion with the public.
Performers can declare their interest in participating in the discussion and the workshop of 21 March 2013, by calling at T. 6976940411 from 12 to 25 February.
