In 1788, Mozart completed his Jupiter symphony, which has been described as the most significant symphonic work from before the French Revolution.

The Jupiter proved to be Mozart’s final symphony, and it is highly probable that he did not live to hear it performed. The Camerata’s classical period instruments, the conducting of George Petrou and the contributions of the Athens City Choir and star soloists will once again transport us back to the magical, authentic sounds of the 18th century and breathe new life into Mozart’s heavenly music and divine melodies.
