For its second concert at the OCC, the Athens State Orchestra will be retaining the French flavour with celebrated works by Claude Debussy and Igor Stravinsky as well by contemporary composers.

For its second concert this season at the OCC, the Athens State Orchestra will be retaining the French flavour of its first appearance with celebrated works by Claude Debussy and Igor Stravinsky as well as a work by Christina Athinodorou, the Cypriot composer who studied in France, and compelling works by contemporary French composers.
The exceptional cellist, Anne Gastinel, will be joining the Athens State Orchestra for the evening with the experienced Pierre-André Valade on the podium.
There will be a short pre-concert presentation of the works by Nikos Laaris.
